By accessing or using MUN.MARKET, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our platform. MUN.MARKET reserves the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of changes.
2. User Accounts
To make purchases or sell on MUN.MARKET, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration. MUN.MARKET is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account.
3. Vendor Responsibilities
Vendors on MUN.MARKET are solely responsible for the accuracy of product listings, pricing, and fulfillment. Vendors must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. MUN.MARKET acts as a platform and is not a party to transactions between buyers and vendors. We reserve the right to suspend any vendor who violates these terms.
4. Payments & Pricing
All prices on MUN.MARKET are listed in the vendor's chosen currency. Payment is processed at the time of order placement. MUN.MARKET supports major credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. Vendors receive payment after order confirmation and delivery. MUN.MARKET charges a commission on each sale as outlined in the vendor agreement.
5. Returns & Refunds
MUN.MARKET provides a 30-day return window for most products. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned to the vendor. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Digital products, perishables, and custom items are non-refundable unless defective.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping timelines on MUN.MARKET are estimates provided by vendors and may vary based on location and product availability. MUN.MARKET offers free standard shipping on orders over $50. Express delivery options are available at additional cost. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on MUN.MARKET, including logos, design, and text, is the property of MUN.MARKET and protected by intellectual property laws. Vendors retain ownership of their product images and descriptions but grant MUN.MARKET a license to display them on the platform.
8. Limitation of Liability
MUN.MARKET provides the platform on an "as is" basis. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of products listed by vendors. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service and does not include indirect or consequential damages.
